Air Radiators design capability is made up of an expert team of mechanical designers, supported by state of the art design technology including 3D software, computer aided finite element analysis (FEA), proprietary thermal assessment and selection programmes.
In-house R&D delivers the key building blocks to product development, providing innovative engineered solutions to an ever changing industry. Our R&D facility features computer controlled wind tunnel, extensive noise measuring capability, shaker rig and thermal pulse cycle testing equipment.
A significant manufacturing operation supports the business and a comprehensive production method ensures JIT delivery to OE customers, whilst managing longer term industrial projects in the areas of power generation and rail. Lean operation principles including value stream mapping, Kanban and 5S are employed to build operational excellence, and is supported by a quality management team that drives continuous improvement across product and processes.
