Air Radiators graduate mechanical engineers undertake a comprehensive learning program to ensure they have a thorough business understanding.
The "hands on" program takes graduates through key areas of the business including materials and manufacturing, sales, engineering, through to business and product development.
Under the guidance of mentors, our graduates are encouraged to develop their engineering design, application, commercial and customer relations skills.
Air Radiators seeks graduates with mechanical aptitude and practical experience, who will thrive in a challenging and dynamic environment.
